Help Dialog is a freeware program which you can readily modify and adapt to provide your application with an "on-line" help capability.
For a description of the program, including details of how to adapt it to the purposes of your own application, run Help Dialog, choose Help Dialog Help… from the Help menu and choose the various items in the pop-up menu within the dialog.
